Trinket question - Disc Priest - 10man strict Guild

This may have been asked a couple of times, but all of them were about 25man guilds. Since i'm in a Strict 10man raiding guild i wont be able to get my hands on Solace (heroic). At this very moment I have got Sif's Remembrance (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45929) and Talisman of Resurgance (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=48724). I'm not sure how or what to upgrade my trinkets with. Should i go for Silver and Solace (normal)? Or the Emblem of Frost one?

Solace + Emblem of frost one.
If you can't get your hands on solace, silver + emblem trinket

Personally I like the intellect trinkets, currently keeping Talisman of Resurgence, and Metorite Crystal (Algalon 10), and push a bit more SP on gear instead. Have sliver in my bags don't really rate it, but be interested to see other ppls opinions might be the wrong philosophy :>

NINJA RUN TOC25 FOR SOLACE (non heroic is fine)
the frost emblem one will be a nice upgrade from sif

A while back i did enjoy Scarab Brooch from Viscidus in AQ40. Shouldn't be too hard to get your hands on.

strict 10man atm is no ICC25 (normal or heroic) and totGc25. So I can do 25 totc normal.
