    Problem with Sindragosa's iceblocks in p3 (10man)

    Hello!

So after a couple of tries we started getting pretty regularly and without losses into p3, however that's when things start to go downhill. We grouped up the ranged and designated a clear spot for people to go to when they are iceblocked, however we basically cannot get them out fast enough. It takes our 3 ranged about 10 secs to get them out which leaves 5 secs for dps on the boss before the next tomb. And a big problem is also people grouping up at the second frost tomb and then not spreading out fast enough to avoid the next one.

So is it basically a dps problem of not getting people out fast enough or a coordination problem? And what hints can you give us for p3?

I'd recommend watching the Tankspot video and see how they do their positions.

My guild was having issues with Phase 3 positioning also so in the end we decided to 1 tank, 2 heal, 7 dps it.

The tank had all the frost resist gear he could get and during phase 3 we broke people out of ice blocks but ignored the buffet (let the stacks build) which meant that ranged didnt have to move (so more dps).

It was a pretty clean kill, absolutely useless if you want to do the achievement but we will worry about that once we have done the LK.

Have raid stand at middle, melee at tombs and ranged just reset stacks at every other block or so.

    Boss
    Block 1-----Raid-----Block 2

First block to left, 2nd to right. 1st block should be down after 2nd block is at place. 3rd block again to block 1 position and so on.
Just make sure all ranged move to center after they've reseted stacks so you won't get any extra blocks. Depends on ur melee whether they can dps boss at all or just be killing blocks.

Do you have any rogues in your group? In my guild the rogues are on iceblock 24/7, because they stack the buff on SIndra way to quickly (even without using S&D and haste gear). For us the biggest problem (in 25 man that is) is ice cubes dying to fast, so people can't reset there debuff :<

You need two spots for the ice tombs on both sides of the ranged camp. Assign your rogue (and possibly another melee) to be on the frost tombs all the time in p3. The people hiding behind the tomb should also help dps it down.

Here is what we decided that is more easy (for us ofc, there is no general solution in tactics):

    Just before 35%:
    tank <--------boss-------------
    LeftLeg --------- RightLeg

    IB Spot Raid

    After 1st IB:
    tank <--------boss-------------
    LeftLeg --------- RightLeg

    Raid IB Spot

and we keep on doing that moving once left and once right.

    The orders for the raid:
-Everyone moves as group (exception can be done for the healer who stays out he can sit in midle).
-IB must not be done far away from boss but arround 20 yards so melee wont have to move so much.
-NONE and i mean NONE kills the IB if there is no other IB up (we dps it till 20% and when next IB is up we kill it - thats mostly melee's job).
Ranged have 1st prio on boss, melee have 1st prio on blocks while dpsing boss.

    Also we use 2 tanks.

We follow the same plan for 25man version also.
