Emblems! Decisions!

Hey guys!

Just wondering if anyone could offer any advice!
Ive recently came back to WoW After quitting, Finially upgraded almost everything to 245 (Talk about emblem grind :-[ )
At the moment currently at 62 Frost emblems, And really confused on what to buy

I was either thinking;

Might of the ocean serpent (Old Uldy 10 man)

I bought the Ocean Serpent first as I still had a blue cloak and all the rest were emblem gear... but looking back at it I must say:

is exactly correct. I now have 4p t10 and don't regret those choices. The war token will be my next pick as I have WFS and DMC-G

Thats cloak is actually poorly itemized in terms of what else is available from ICC.

and before.. its the worst thing you could get
Recovered Scarlet cloak is a better choice if you want to get one from emblem
but i recommend getting 2 piece (then 4piece) then anything else
