Necrotic Plague Uptime

I just recently got Heroic Black Bruise and I was wondering what everyone was getting for uptime? I was getting around 50%, curious as to what everyone else was getting (ofc i stack haste so that will inflate my uptime a bit). With my uptime i was wondering if it was better to use SR when i got a NP proc or just whenever its up. I did some target dummy testing and I did better with using SR as it comes up, but during that testing I also got really lucky with NP procs (got 5 without it dropping off). What are some thoughts and advice from my fellow shamans.

I'd hope you know to use SR whenever it's off cooldown.. or if you know it's the last time you'll get to pop it in a fight and Bloodlust hasn't been popped yet, save it for then, but other than that use it off cooldown. The uptime on my normal BB usually ranges from ~40-50%
