So I have like 55 frost emblems right now and i'm wondering what I should go for first.. trinket (Herkuml War Token), Cloak (scarlet onslaught drape)which is the agility cloak , cloak (might of the ocean serpent) , Libram ( libram of three truths) , or go for one of my tier 10 pieces( still need head / chest/ legs)

Do not get the Herkuml War Token. Don't spend badges on it.

There are multiple cloaks that will drop as you progress. Don't spend badges on them.

The 245 libram is only slightly worse than the new one. Don't spend badges on it.

This isn't even a choice, really. Get the 4piece.

Then the agi cloak if you havent looted an upgrade once you have your 4 piece
(the str cloak suck, even needing expertise the other come ahead)
