Who we are:

<Meteor> is a new raiding guild on the Khadgar-US server, formed with the goal of playing at a high-end level to progress through heroic/achievement-based encounters. We are fairly small at the moment, but are actively recruiting to fill a second 10-man and 25-man. The officers have experience in 25s up to the lich king in the current patch, as well as experience raiding or leading raids in all at-level instances in the game. We hope to grow within the next couple months to at least within the top 3 guilds on the server, and then keep getting better from there.

We ask that people do their best to be friendly with one another and have fun, while also keeping focused on progression goals. We are drama-free and will sit people who cause drama-related problems.

Loot is distributed by a modified rotating Loot Council. The officers promote 2 different raiders every week to contribute in the loot council decisions. In addition, all raiders will create priority wish-lists every week to give the council a better idea of what upgrades people really need. This system is designed to help the guild progress most efficiently while also distributing loot fairly. Progression is our main goal,and we will distribute loot to help us achieve it.


Schedule:

We currently have a fairly tentative schedule because we are new and lacking on members. We are basically running whenever people are on doing main runs, alt runs, or hosting 25-mans. Once we get 30-35 members and are running 25s, the schedule may change. We are hoping to stay a 3-night guild, but may add a day during progression for more raid time and/or subtract a day during farm periods to give people a break.

As of now, we are planning on running Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday nights from about 6:45PM-11:00PM EST.
