I've got 3 pieces right now, head shoulders and chest all 251, and I'm not sure if I should spend my badges right now on 251 hands or if I should save up and just keep the 2 set and get meteor chasers raiment. I'm just trying to get a feel since I have the 264 gloves off blood princes and the 264 pants off fester and don't want to sacrifice anymore haste.

But soon after Mr Xi secured a third term, Apple released a new version of the feature in China, limiting its scope. Now Chinese users of iPhones and other Apple devices are restricted to a 10-minute window when receiving files from people who are not listed as a contact. After 10 minutes, users can only receive files from contacts.
Apple did not explain why the update was first introduced in China, but over the years, the tech giant has been criticised for appeasing Beijing.

I'm gona put this simply. its a 15% chance to do 10% more damage with NO ICD, sure its really proccy but almost all set bonuses are.

if you bother to calculate %dps from other items instead of 4set you might find that they are better than the 4set in all its glory.. sum other relevant buff would have been more enticing imo.

I doubt that, I thought the math pointed that the 4set was better then a 2 set with two 264 pieces. The 4 set bonus is a solid 500 dps. Originally Posted by Ragnarokex
