UI from 3.1.. Can't remember name! >,<

Hey everyone, the UI in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch#!v=QWJi1VvG8so was one I used way back (im the one in the vid..) but I edited it of course.. but I took a break from wow and now im back and I cant seem to find this UI!!! Or one thats really similar (how the bars and mini map are set up ect..) I remember I did the Omen settings there.. but the botton layout was its own UI comp. Anyone might know what it is or point me towards one very similar??

Nothing that special in terms of addons that are immediatly obvious.
Something like Bartender, Dominos for the buttons.
KgPanels to create the panels that sit behind them, the map and other elements.
The map could be one of several, but the icons round the bottom edge are just messy, so if you end up with a similar situation I would suggest finding one you like, and something like minimap button bag or similar to tidy them up.
Go on curse or wowinterface and search for minmap - loads of choices.
