boots that give 15 fishing and can teleport you to booty bay (24 hour cd)
so there doesnt have to be a ring every week.
also way to much RNG in this. someone can catch it in 2 minutes of start and win and another person can fish for 1 hour and not obtain it.
it is based on progressive drop rates meaning more you fish up pygmy suckerfish higher chance you have of shark replacing it.
