Warlocks as of 3.3 what to do?

Is there a post that will show me pre-raiding gear and spec for locks now-a-days?
I havent played mine since Ulduar and the top piece i have is 232 T9 piece. but other then that stuff.

Changes since 3.2:
Affliction is viable again. Shadow Embrace stacks to 3 instead of 2. Dark Pact returns more mana than Life Tap.
Demonology competes with the other two trees, dps wise. Decimation lasts a full 10 seconds and is not consumable by casting.
Destruction is getting a buff in 3.3.3 - Immolate ticks can crit by default.
