you shouldnt need to heal others will HL. FoL / HS should be sufficient since its a faster cast and less mana.
secondly, you should trust your raid healer more instead of throwing HL rendering his heal to overheal and increasing tank's chance to die.

Judgements and WoA are buffs that are included in this already. THey are automatic buffs one should always have.
And for single tank fights such asfester/rotface/putricide P1 and 2, Healing raid will be your job with beacon on tank. Faster heals=more heals.
Holy pallies benefit more as JC/BS or JC/alch. Haste pot is good yes, but quite somefights require haste pots instead. And you realize even with a haste pot you wont hit 1 second HLs?
