TL;DR - how to show Water Elemental Freeze debuff in Rogue Power Bars?

I love rogue power bars on my rogue so i'm in the process of adding the needed debuffs for my mage in it, so i can use it on my mage as well. Now everything else works fine, but the elemental freeze debuff cannot be added to the list. The first time i added it, it gave me an error, and just doesnt show it.
