Lf MM hunter macros and Timers addon

I'm looking for decent good MM macro and Addon is useful for MM Hunter "spell timer" that show it's about to be "READY" flashing in middle of screen instead having to look down my action bar and wait to see the cooldown is up.

I prefer to use Power Auras and set it up to time spell CDs right in the middle of everything. Then again, I have a complicated array of eight or nine different power auras set around my character in a matrix that means I never have to look anywhere but the center of my screen...
