    a little help

i am a raiding shaman and have been for 2 years but after many spread sheets and reading a lot of forums i have 2 questions.

1.is tow glyph better than lvb glyph at high lvl gear
i have 4p 10 and most 251/264 gear right now and feel lvb is better

    2. should cl be used in your rotation
a lot of people say cl after lvb is good at high lvl but most of the time i just use lb spam

    Thanks for help

    Link your armory?

As far as CL goes, EJ seems to agree that you can (based on your haste/crit) use CL after you cast LvB when Clearcasting is up, and to use as a filler between LB and LvB. Your rotation should be something like: FS > LvB > CL > LB x (?) > CL > LvB. The idea is to a) maximize your dps per cast time and b) not waste half a second on casting LB, when LvB is going to come off cooldown. Obviously, avoid using CL during Lust/Heroism because it will likely take you under 1.0 second cast time, in which you'll have to wait for the GCD anyway.

based on zaps totem of wrath glyph is better than lvb burst until you reach 5633 sp
    (based on my stats)

I just feel i get more damage from lvb burst glyph then tow
