Post filter ("first comments")

Just wondering if it would be possible add a minimum words/letters before you can send your reply. I'm asking because I like how you have cleaned up the forum a little bit and become more strict, like deleting "first comments" in news, get rid of huge sigs. etc. (although it almost got me a ban a while back because I didn't notice my sig. was too big :P )

Anyways just think it could improve the forum even more so we get rid of things like this first comment/clutter:

I believe it aint in place because then you'd get joe there doing this:

Then just give them a warning instead and with what you say it just makes it even more obvious they should have put more thought into it. Or let me ask those that do it what do you get out of posting "nice" or "first", I'm honestly curious.
