How would a macro look like if i wanted it to cast a Frostbolt
and tell the Water Elemental to attack the same target im casting at?

Don't use that. It causes your WE to restart it's waterbolt cast if you hit your frostbolt key in like the first ~.3s of the waterbolt cast, and your WE will do almost nothing if you mash your key.

Use this:
#showtooltip Frostbolt
/cast Frostbolt
/cast Waterbolt

Not sure if the bolt spell is one word or two, use the appropriate name, obviously.
