    Re: Is Leatherworking really working?

Now, if only I had more time to look into actually using my professions to make gold. I have every profession across my toons, most of them maxed. But I just can't seem to find a market for anything worthwhile.

Transmuting gems and cutting them is an option, if people didn't sell cut gems so cheaply. Enchanting scrolls with popular enchants would be good, if people didn't put them up at reagent cost or less. Glyphs would make money, if people didn't put even the most useful ones up at 1 or 2g. As for leatherworking; well, you could always do what people in here are suggesting and craft leg armors in the hopes that there aren't too many on your AH.

When the market is flooded with useful items at minimum cost it makes it very hard to find a crafting niche. Guess you need a bit of luck and a lot of time to research what works; then stay on top of economic shifts and be aware of where demand is, in order to meet that demand.
