Is normal WFS placed ahead of Normal DC in terms of DPS increase?

Been sticking with DC since it gives static AP on the trinket itself and the procs seem almost one in the same when the AP is compared.

Normal DC/DV is better than WFS. The last time I loaded my gear into Rawr, DV came out to be a ~70 DPS upgrade over WFS.
