How come i see valkyr's letting your target go at 50%?
- Is that something they do on heroic or?

i cant confirm this as i got this info from ex guildies (quitted wow till cata as i dont like icc) :

valkyr's hp is doubled or tripled and they let you after 50% of their hp is being "chopped off". after that they are flying over raid doing some damage to players. its like some p2 soft enrage. i guess someone will confirm this or deny.

Correct, at 50% hp they drop their target fly to the middle of the room and do a siphon life.
