Since we can get the Flame Shock relic for ++Haste and now that FS can crit and is also affected by haste, you agree with me that we are obliged to introduce FS in rotation?...if you did not do it yet...

Flame shock has been used in the enhancement rotation for a while now. This will just make it even better.

There is nothing useful from this question . . . any competent enhancement shaman has BEEN using FS for a long time now. These changes will simply make it a tad better. If you were not previously using FS you were not maximizing your dps and simply hurting your raids performance overall.
