Solace now proc's off of all spells and not just beneficial.
Noticed it while playing with my Shadow Spec on a dummy.
Did this just become viable for some caster DPS classes?
Before I was able to oom myself on dummy and have to Shadowfiend / Dispersion. Now...I got bored before I had to throw Shadowfiend / Dispersion.
Thoughts?

Don't some shadow priest spells count as helpful? Like VE?

Yea the change is recent read the trinket again " Each time you cast a spell"

maybe an early leveling regarded change? although I doubt they wouldnt mention it in the patch notes if it was so.
