It seems people have been testing and have found out that Pyro blast is not benefting from TTW talent. Even in the mages in wow forms are discussing about it. Sigh back to arcane for me till they fix the bug.
apparently the issue is that it is not interacting properly with Empowered fire and Molten Fury. It works if you have a basic 18/11/0 build, but when you start adding other talents to the mix it stops.
