Anyone having this trouble with BG's?

The past few days, even before the patch I've been encountering an issue with getting random afk'd from BGs. Its not like im afk farming or away from combat and it looks like im afk. For example I'll be driving a tank in Strand and be about to blow up a gate and the load screen comes up and I get a deserter debuff.

Anyone having the same issues or have any suggestions?

Yea I had that happen to be in AB last week. But it only happened once. I was fighting, then died, re-spawned and summoned pet ran out of the gate and had loading screen come up.

Yeah I've just had it happen to me for like the 4th time in the period of a week. What's worse...it only happens on my shaman. >.<
