Opened timewalking Cache before hotfix

So after a heroic occulus run, the tank (A DK from [server] named [name]) opened the cache, then typed "afk" in party chat - still in the cache - preventing anyone else in the party from opening it to retrieve the satchel.
What on earth causes people to behave like this? Did his Father not beat him hard enough or what?
You, mr [name] from [server], are the Tool of the week. Bravo for your astounding douchbaggery.
