cannot for the life of my figure out what addon that has that feign death bar. i disabled the icehud mirror thing and that started popping up

Are you using a UI pack or could you list or chuck a (thumbnail link to 1680x1050 minimum - much easier to see / read) screenshot of you addon folder contents, that could be from a number of class ability timers.

It looks likely that it's either the timer module of ForteExcorcist or maybe Nugrunning ...

Bind this macro somewhere and move your mouse over the bar to see which addon it is.

it would only say world frame when i was mouseing over it.

and iv messed with quartz even disabling it but that castbar was still there
