    Server Transfer and Raid IDs

Good morning. I'm planning to server transfer from server A to B. If I'm saved to a Raid ID on A will it be reset when you're on B ?

    Confirmed.

Also resets if you faction change.

faction change resets raid lockouts, server change on the same faction does not, not when i changed a month ago anyway

Think they changed it after Ensidia x-fered from Mag>Tarren Mill?

Yeah unless they recently changed it I thought that server transfers does not reset your raid lockouts.

Holy shit, dudes, if you have NO CLUE, then please refrain to post.

ID´s will NOT get resetted if you transfer servers.
ID´s WILL get resetted if you do a faction change.

We realmchanged a couple of weeks ago, everyone got assigned random raidIDs for every raid they were saved to. Killed a couple of our raids that way. Transfer at the last day of the WoW week (tuesday/monday) for less downtime.
Join Amicus, 10man progression raiding, but on a respectable 2day schedule!

Yes indeed, I faction changed and server changed, but the reset applied to the faction change. Excuse me for my initial reply.

Furthermore, in case of server transfer your raid id's on whole your raid members gets messed up. All people will get different id's of the same dungeon, so they won't be able to proceed.

    This doesn't concern faction change.

Not only this is confirmed info, it's what we've faced after free transfer.

    Indeed.

We had done 4 bosses in ICC on a wednesday, after that we migrated to another server. All players in raid got a random ID on ICC, so none of us could group up for ICC raid anymore till raid reset.

So, migrate before you have done any boss in ICC, or after you cleared.
