what combinations of totems are you guys using ?

Well, it depends on your group really. ToW unless you have a demo lock, in that case you'd use Searing, Str of earth if no enh shaman or dk putting up horn otherwise Stoneskin, Mana stream unless you have a resto shaman or paladin with imp Wisdom in that case you'd use healing stream, and of course Wrath of Air.

Work with the other Shamans in your group.

Fire:
Totem of Wrath if you have no Demo Lock or no other Elemental Shaman laying it.
Else Fire Ele/Searing/Magma

Ground:
If no DK for Horn of Winter or other Shaman laying it, Strength of Earth
Else for utility purposes if the fight demands it put down Tremor/Earthbind
Stoneskin

Water:
If no Pally is buffing Wisdom or no other Shamans are laying it, put down Mana Spring
Else Healing Stream

Air:
Collaborate with your other Shamans in raid between whether you are laying Wrath of Air (more beneficial for you) or Windfury. If you're the only Shaman, determine whether it's more beneficial for the raid to have Windfury or Wrath of Air.

tl;dr version:

left side being what you want to be using, right side what you'll end up using if your raid is missing those buffs

Searing > ToW
Stoneskin > SoE (Tremor on Lanathel!)
Healing Stream > Mana Spring
Probably WoA; remember that heals are spells too, and you really ought to have an enhancement shaman or frost DK in any 25

[LOBSTERS]

On bosses I drop SOA, TOW/searing/fire elemental, Healing spring, and wrath of air.

On trash I use SOA, Magma, Healing, and Wrath of air.
