How does this modding not trip Warden?

I love the look of it, but over the 5 years playing this game, and indulging in some of the same work you do only different. I have racked up some strikes. So if warden catches me I'm done for.

I'm not 100% sure how warden works, but my guess is that it does trip warden and that it's then down to the discretion of someone somewhere as to whether they thing it's worth doing anything about. It's unlikely to be high on their list of priorities given the kind of software warden is designed to detect, but previous infractions may influence their decisions.

Just to be clear: this is just me speculating, and I don't particularly want to encourage anyone to use these kinds of patches - but i guess if you want to it's fair to be able to discuss the risks.

I went on the website clicked the download link and Wow what a suprise I have to fill in some Surveys , so i say ok i guess ill do one and then later on while filling one in it says "This subsciption will cost £4.50 a week" so im like SCAM /CLOSE AND POST ON THIS THREAD. So i was quite sad to find out that you expect us to pay stupid prices for some green fire in the end of the day that could get us banned.

Seriously, Aphroditi, find a better mirror to place this patch on. No one wants to fill out surveys on a site of questionable trustworthiness when a quick link to Fileplanet or, hell, even Google Documents server would have sufficed.

Warlocks have always wanted Green Fire ever since we saw the first Fel fire spells in burning crusade....

First of all, I'm a warlock and I don't want green fire :s
Second some warlocks wanted green fire since vanilla.
Third i prefer purple fire like shadowflame )
Fourth: Green fire meet banned, banned meet green fire xD
