Step #1: Open your achievements tabs.
Step #2: Find your Ulduar tab and look for the Glory of the Ulduar Raider achievement.
Step #3: Does it still say "Reward: *Input reward*

If yes, then yes.

Yes it is. You should get it before they remove them from the game, cus the Rusted and Ironbound Pdrakes looks awesome.
