My DK is bugged?

As u can see above, im not lacking any hitrating or expertise..

But still, i miss 13 % in HC's and on Heroic Dummie :S Wtf is happening. Ive got far more hit that required, and im at skill lvl 400 with both weps?

has anybody out there got any surggestion, or explaination?

its been a while since i played dw but afaik you have a 25% miss chance on targets of the same level with white hits while dual wielding. so with the 3% from nerves of cold steel and most likely ~8% on gear (you are atm in pvp gear so not sure about this point) you have around ~11% hit so still ~14% miss chance... its not bugged its working as intended

Does not help. In order to have a 100% hit chanse for white hits while dual wielding, you need an immense ammount of hit. It's almost ridiculous. The hitcap (8%) is for special attacks (not spells however). For spells to have a 100% hitchanse you need 17% in total.

The offhand miss penalty is a hell of a lot more than 3%.

You might also be standing in front of mobs and get parried (I know that parry!=miss)

Yellow/Main Hand attacks-8% chance to miss
Spells-17% chance to miss
Offhand white attacks-27% chance to miss

If you are noticing your Yellow melee attacks missing then maybe you have an issue. But more than likely it is your offhand missing,

Oh bah, just realized you were not saying you missed 13% of your HCs but in Heroics. Yeah, if this is strictly a miss of 13% total rather than specific abilities, this is likely just your white damage missing. As noted, you have a 27% miss chance standard with 3% NoCS and 12.2% from Hit, and with 45% Haste pretty much always you're throwing white attacks very fast so this becomes a good portion of misses. As well, resists count as misses, and unless you've a few very specific classes you're likely missing a few spell hits, especially with HB.
