Hey, just wondered if http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45145is worth using over the frost badge libram? Couldnt find any thread about this.

Yes it can be useful to have it in your bags, for trash or fast-"low" hitting bosses. Personnaly i keep it in my bags for this reason, even if on hard hitting bosses i use the triumph badges one.

On some fights the triumph one beats the frost badges 1 idd.

Think of it:

Ramp up time of 18sec -> 219 dodge
Instant -> 200 dodge

Don't you see a problem here ? You may loose the stacks on the Frost, while on the Triumph it's instant an nearly always up (i have something like 80-90% uptime).
Triumph definitly beats Frost one.
