is it worth trading out the boots for http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50804 and the weapon for http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47193

Basically same hit, a little more sp (12+23 which equals 35 from the gems in the new boots) and a crit (54) but less haste (- 47)

worth it or not?

The easiest way to find out would be to plug your numbers into Zamir's ZAP (wowhats.wordpress.com).

Download the spreadsheet, plug in your numbers, hit Store, plug in what your numbers would be with the other gear, and see what the DPS difference is.
