as protection ofcourse

Not really. No some fights it's nice, but you can get a lot more eh with the other prot badge gear.

It is basically just an extra dodge trinket on a 1 min CD. If your EH is already pretty high its not a bad choice to get if your able to upgrade all of the 4 pieces.
The gloves and chest did have the armor increased on it to make it even more attractive.

Its pretty solid all in all, but you have to look at what is available to you to make the decision. I know I'll be breaking it soon once we get LK 25 dead (36% best attempt) and start getting Heroic gear.
