I'm fairly sure Hyjal was released in TBC.

I'm particularly fond of Icecrown Citadel and Ulduar as far as raids are concerned; I'd argue that the inner chambers of Ulduar represents some of Blizzard's best work to date.

As to 5-mans? I enjoy the scenery of Azjol'Nerub as well as Ahn'kahet, but from a gameplay perspective I would have to say that I'm one of the rare few who honestly enjoyed Rockulous.

Dungeon: The Nexus, only because I think it was initially the best looking instance when I first walked into it.
Raid: Ulduar was epic and ICC is a great way to finish out this expansion.
