Spirit Vs Haste for Priest

I've seen several opinions about Spirit Vs Haste to Priest PVP, some say that if you have a Solace must use haste and if you not have must use Spirit. Yesterday I was testing the speed of cast and I saw that the difference is minimal.

Test1:
450 + Haste average cast a Flash Heal = 1.29 1.19

Test2:
170 Haste average cast a Flash Heal = 1.3

Then comes my doubt is whether the difference is so little it will really influence the PVP? I'm new in arena with the 1900 rating only would like to think of you.

as a disc you are aiming for high haste for dispeling your opponent faster...

im sitting at 904 haste(shadow) and 712 haste(disci) and it is for me by far superior to spirit/mp5 whatever.

as long as you are able to play offensive you shouldnt have any problems to stay at a save position- mana-wise

...solace is nice and stuff yeah, but just if you know what you are fighting against. druid teams as example(druid/war esp. if you are running disc/frostmage)
