Just wanted some info,and if you could show me your BiS list (as in title ) before heroic mode !

theres not really a BiS list. I guess solace/lunardust haste softcap (borrowedtime + haste = 1sec gcd) and as much SP/crit/spirit (in that order) as possible.

I've put the weapons at the end cause of LK 10-25 Drops. but you gotta keep in mind that Heroic Sanctified sets give a Huge boost to your gear so you might wanna get the 4 set Holy Tier and still use the crafted legs that i put in there.

Edit: If you cant get dual solace either get: :Meteorite Crystal from Algalon 10 for mana regen fights(though you should be needing it but it gives 2k mana without buffs and bigger mana pool=> bigger replenishment returns and also in fights that you spam shield like LK it offers a great deal of mana regen) or Purified Lunar dust(imo horrible trinket - sold it back to vendor after 40 mins of trying)

for disc ist best choice to take 4pieces of set for bonus (5% on pws)
+crafted legs
with heroic solace+normal abacus
my opinion is:ignoring hands and chest and taking haste+crit items without spirit,you will see how you will be having manaproblems with 400regen unbuff +-

Main distinction here is that without 4pT10 you can haste cap, so some SP/haste gems are used. It also represents a play-style difference, which is why the Meta is switched and the specs themselves are different. The non-4p setup can actually use the mana and in a pinch is about twice as good at tank healing and quite a bit better at raid healing. The 4p setup is basically better for Lich King 25H and nothing else. The non-4p set is better for the other ICC fights, normal or heroic, 10 or 25. It's a swap of 9% haste 2% crit for 350 Spirit and 40 SP. If all you do is bubble spam then it's the right way to go, if you use PoH much at all then it's a bad trade. And no, neither uses Solace. The heroic Solace is worse for Disc than the Abacus, or even Lunar Dust and Illustration is better than either of those. Only the heroic Abacus is better.

don't listen to haste softcap. its impossible to hit softcap and completely pointless to limit your gear set that much. i have over 750 haste as disc and dont regret it one bit.

I don't know why you would sell it back, 14 minute LK fight in 10m and mine proc'd 9 times (was dead from 30% to 10%) and the shaman who has it procced 12 times, equals 66 mp5 for the shammy, less for me but im disc so mana isnt a huge issue but means i can gem more for throughput
