Diminishing returns

Is there any addon that can track diminishing returns? i.e tells you when the diminishing return for Cyclone wears off so you can get a full durnation one up, etc..

Back in the day I used natureenemycastbars to do this, but for some time now it has stopped working. I have afflicted for cd tracking, but I want diminishing return tracking, an addon that hopefully
also can track it on multiple targets. Thanks
