Holy pala trinket question

Hi. I tried to find something about it, but anywhere i got to it's only solace solace solace.

I am asking you, which trinket is better for holy pala (holy light). http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47215 or http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45929

I've got both and am just wondering which is better. Hope you will help me.

Why not just figure it out yourself?

Both have 45 second ICDs. So... 500 mana every ~50 seconds with Tears and 585 (195 x 3) mana every ~50 seconds with Sif's. So the proc from Sif's will give you 85 more mana every ~50 seconds. However Sif's has static SP (which is terrible) and Tears has Int (which is amazing.
