Night Elf architecture seems to more of an asian- ancient Rome hybrid. Even some of the dresses that they sell in Moondglade seem to be korean (maybe vietnemes? I can't remember at this exact moment) inspired.

I've always thought of the Draenei as space muslims, personally:

The Naaru are great and Velen is their prophet. A'dal Akbar! :P

Plus it fits their /dance emotes, too.

They sell those all over the place.

Draenei - Greek. Much of what they say, and their names, makes more sense in Greek than in Russian. (I speak Russian, I don't speak Greek but "chrono kai christor" sounds like it ought to mean something, and "kai" is an actual Greek word).
Blood Elf - modern British Conservative Party (get your own flipping fireworks, you ponce, this is a warzone!) or New Labour (Blairite, not Brown) or both. I hate the quests in Eversong Woods, you just want to punch some of the NPCs and you just KNOW they're all fiddling their expenses.
Night Elf - again, some classical civ, or mediaeval Japanese. Don't see how they are Native Americans, unless they are some of the more northern tribes.
    Tauren - Native Americans.
Northrend humans - mediaeval Greenland settlers.

I think Orcs more closely resemble Germanic barbarians(Vandals/Goths) or perhaps the Huns or Mongols than any African tribe or culture

Trolls are more in line with Africa-inspired tribes combined with a Brazillian accent and dance.

Actually, I will throw in my belief that Draenei are based on Jewish people.

They worship the real vessels of Light (Christianity came from Judaism - the Light humans worship was originally worshiped by Draenei).
They were killed en-mass as a scapegoat under the command of an evil ruler.
They have no real home anymore.
They fight another off-shoot of their people/religion (Man'ari Eredar) for their home and lives.
Jewish people commonly have accents from Eastern Europe/etc.

Night Elves are definitely more Asian than Native American. Sort of like the Japanese, when you think about it. First they were all ownage, then someone screwed everything up for them and they were humbled. Yes, I just compared Hiroshima and Nagasaki to the Sundering. No, not in a mean way. <3
Gnomes aren't quite up to Cyberpunk. They're sort of between Cyberpunk and Steampunk. Without all the Victorian style, of course.
Blood elves? Hmm... Before Kael'thas' betrayal was out in the open, I'd call them French Nazis. (Mostly for the fact that every one of their buildings looks like a damned brothel) Everyone was below them, they allied with others for sheer convenience, etc. After Kael's betrayal was obvious, I'd say they're just French. Hard times had befallen them, they're getting back on their feet. Plus they're the most intent on getting back at those who've wronged them. More than they're given credit for, of course.
Yeah, Draenei are more middle eastern but with way less crazy in their blood.
"What's your rotation?" "About once every 24 hours. Why?"

Night elves - Asian, their buildings look like those ancient asian temples.
Draenei - Russian/ Indian . either or, russian accent, indian dance...
Goblin - Jews, the stereo-type of being good with money doesn't come from nowhere, nothing racist though.
    Human - Medieval english/german/spaniards
    Orc - African
    Tauren - Native American
    Troll - Jamaican MON!!!
Worgen - English werewolfs are good folk-tale =D
Undead - German nazis "I'm better then you and i hate so and so..."
Dwarfs - SCOTTISH, so obvious... they have the accent, also the LOTR dwarves are scottish... ex: Gimli

I think Draenei are obviously modeled after Romanys (i.e. Gypsies) - Indians who were driven out of their homeland by war and faced genocide and slavery in eastern europe.
