Got hacked...LF Help!

Well as it says above...I've gotten hacked and am looking for help!btw Lot's to read inc!
So here's what happend

Yesterday(2/4) my account got hacked.The hacker attached a authenticator key on my account.I went onto my cousin's account and sent a gm ticket discribing that i've been hacked and(i was advised by some guildies) if he could ban my account temporarily till i get it back...So while i was waiting..asking some1...ANYONE for help/advice...i figured i'll go send an e-mail to WoW...I got some link from account comprimisation/hacked(w/e) and e-mailed them describing what had happend...I went back onto WoW(my cousin's character) and the GM had replied after a hour( i know lol i was like "LOLWTF so fast?!" xD)describing to me that he can't ban my acc temporarily(or at all) and that i should send an e-mail to blizz(witch i already did),so while im talking to this gm the hacker get's onto my account and im like "dude,the hacker just logged in,can't u do anything?!" he replies negative and he carried on like that for a while(no help at all)

So after my chat with the gm ...i figure he ain't gonna help,say good bye to him(witch was not that good at all really)...so i guess some slow replying gm won't help...i get on battle.net (once again) and go change password...type in my email..pass...seceret question....and it didn't ask me for the authenticator key code(witch is unusual since earlier when i tried to change pass it did ask for it)...i change pass,yada yada...get onto my account( YAY!) and notice all my chars are NAKED(:O)!

I log in wispering friends i had gotten my acc back etc...but the hacker has gotten what he had hacked for(from what i saw).Sold all the sell-able gear and items(im a shaman and love all specs so thats a LOT of gear)...wasted all my emblems and arena points on gems/primordial saronite...No gold...no bags...Nothing but a mere 50s1c on every 1 of my chars...i send a ticket to a gm about my situation asking if he can re-emberse my items,gear,emblems and all other lost belongings(GIEF ME MAH GOLDZ!)once again i got a fast reply from the gm,this one was rather fast at responding and rather not bad at all.He told me he and other blizz workers( i loled there) are working on some investigation to see if i wasn't scamming(he didn't say that ofcoarse xD),i asked him if i can make a new e-mail and change my acc to that 1 for safety reasons and he say's yes i can do that right now if i want...so im like ok.I'll go on some other server to say hi to some friends and lvl low alt's...The next day i get on and i've gotten some small and great feasts in my bags...gotten my bags back,some flasks,rubbish really.I figured their still doing the investigation and just wait...i log off to do a few IRL things.A few hours later my account is hacked once again... so is my cousins account(i don't any virus's so :P)and am like WTF?!*sob*...

Made a new e-mail...new password...Change the e-mail to the new one...SUCCESS!I get on WoW type in e-mail and password...and get "your account has been temporarily disabled" and gives me a link witch i click on...Log on WoW forums and it say's i've been permanently Banned from WoW and really am in the wtf state,it say's that a e-mail will be sent to my e-mail for reason's etc...I send another e-mail to WoW describing my situation and it say's my e-mail has been sent.I sat on the comp for hours waiting for the reason and/or reply from WoW( i know it'd take long but i was hoping for the best).Nothing,i feel useless and don;t know what to do.No e-mails why i've been banned,can't get onto my account or talk to any1...By now getting an authenticator is a little late...

I'm at a awe...A helpless and frustrated WoW player asking for friendly advice on how i can get my account back.

This, really. Call Blizzard. There is nothing anybody on these forums can do to help you, besides a whole lot of flaming about getting hacked, unfortunately.

The same thing happened to me about two weeks ago. Don't worry they are just "investigating" your account and making sure you are the true owner. Took them two weeks to finally get back to me cause I was freaking out at first too. Sadly you won't be refunded for the time your account is disabled while they sort everything out. Good luck.

That being said, DO NOT stop paying for your account or they will drop the investigation until you call back for it. Buddy of mine tried to save a few bucks and ended up making everything 100x more complicated

You should have had an authenticator from the beginning.

It's your fault you compromised your account. (Nothing got hacked.)

Hopefully you get your account back, but you deserve all the frustration and headache that goes along with it. Hopefully you don't get lucky and come out with extra gold/mats like others have.

A freaking authenticator is $6.50 and free shipping. Ask your mother for some extra chores and save the hassle. No excuses whatsoever.

Compromised...hacked...makes no difference when i can't get onto my account and have a peaceful night of gaming+chatting with guildies and friends

I can't for the life of me understand why you did not do a complete virus scan on your computer (since you obviously have at least a keylogger), or reinstalled windows after you got your acc back the first time. It's like you're asking for it, and ofcourse the GM's will get suspicious.

You can call their customer support, but they will most likely ask you for a copy of your original CD-Key (the one you got with your original WoW box, not tbc or wotlk), and if you cannot provide that, they will want a copy of your ID/passport/drivers license, whatever you have of those.

But really, do a virus scan, and if you don't find anything, then just reinstall windows (not repair, but a full reinstall).

Also, get an authenticator.

You pay 180$ year to play this game, 6.50 really isn't much to keep your account safe. If you watch porn, go onto random sites, or download random things, buy an authenticator. He wasn't saying he deserved to be hacked, he was saying you should have had authenticator to start with. People don't get keylogged by going onto smart sites, constantly running a virus scan, and using their computer like an educated adult. Those people should invest in case their stupidity catches up with them. I got hacked because I did stupid things, and I can admit it.

Like said, there is nothing you can do until you call them. E-mail doesn't work. In game ticket doesn't work. You must CALL them.

If your cousins account isn't the same e-mail, you do have a virus. It may not be on that computer, scan every computer you and him use.

My brothers account was hacked a few weeks ago so i logged on mine told a GM in game he looked at the logs ect and he unbanned the Perm banned account.
What i think you may have done is gone on to a fishing Email (Aka a "Fake" Blizzard Email)
you logged in as normal but they got your account details.

Or maybe your Computer has a Key logger

What I would do if i would you is Call them (They are not very helpful, But they can help you) Good luck on getting your account back.

Also to the people saying "stop watching porn" The people that say stop are the people that watch.

Only by calling Blizzard, shows them that you are serious enough to not be a hacker that attempts to steal an account.

If the calling part dosen't work you could allways make an copy of your passport and send it to them assuming you filled in your real information when you created your account.
