and yet another trinket question

I currently have death's choice and whispering fanged skull as my trinket. I was messing around with the new RAWR v2.3.13 and I noticed that is showing that DBW is roughly a 10 dps increase from wfs. Is this correct? It seems like it should be a bigger dps increase than that. I know that dbw has a relatively long cd but the the proc last for 30 secs. Seems like the proc length should overcome the length of the cd. I am asking because I am trying to decide if I should save my epgp points for dbw, mark or a better weapon because my weapon sucks. Any suggestions or comment is greatly appreciated. Almost forgot, a link to my armory is below.

No, actually DBW is bis for dks including unholy dks. At least according to EJ (which i read on a regular basis).
Plz be informed about dk class before posting.

Actually heroic dc and heroic dbw are bis, but reg. dbw is 3rd on the list.

Rawr hasn't ever been good for dks, deathbringers will is a lot better than whispering fanged skull.
