would like some clarification...

So, i had a problem with my Spreadsheet so i redownloaded the update... when I input my gear its telling me to completely Gem ArP...which will take it to about 1131...the part that has me confused is that its disregarding the hit cap for some reason...instead of putting some hit into some yellow sockets, its telling me to go all ArP...this will set me at 1.35% Poison miss and 13.49% White miss rate.

Now, either I have a setting wrong somewhere, ( I have gone through and set my 10 man buffs) or, im thinking maybe the ArP gets a higher weight because im close to cap or something. If you guys wouldnt mind, please clarify this for me before i go get new gems. Thank you in advance

arp gets better the more you have. if you're using aldrianas or mavanas newest one, go with what it tells you
