Pretty soon it will come down to who killed the LK with a group of 25 paladins wearing nothing but shadowmourne and completely unbuffed! It's just a buff. I don't recall anyone talking about how they slew the mighty Lady Vashj wearing only a wooden spoon and an easter bunny hat and no buffs, so who cares who used the buff provided by Bliz?

I think ensidia is not trying without debuff. I mean who would risk world top 5 kill on last boss of a expension? NO ONE with a brain inside the skull.
I mean no one will mention that "They killed without buff or with buff" after 5 months. The thing people will remeber is how long it took to kill and in what rank in world. We wasted our 78th try on HC LK yesterday night and If I were ensidia or other guild I would work more faster to get the second kill on world. Because someone is chasing you...

great... i hope he stays alive longer than Yogg, but dont take me wrong, yogg was the most epic fight i have ever seen in wow but the lich king is TEH LEACH KEENG!!!11!

The only reason why Yogg +0 was alive for so long was because most top guild tought he was impossible. When Starz proved them wrong he was downed quickly by several guilds.

Anyway, even if Ensidia (or any other guild) get the LK without the buff I still think Paragon did the most impressive job.

As someone said before, in another topic, Ensidia is probably working on a kill WITHOUT the buff. I pretty much believe in it, they failed to get world first, so they can at least get the 2nd (or first? that's arguable...) prize and kill him without the buff. Or maybe they have fallen so deep? I'm not saying I'm any close to them, but well, we all still have some expectations for them I guess.

I hope they don't release a kill video, in fact I wish kill videos were considered illegal until 2 months after a first kill. Its retarded how many fail guilds think they are awesome because they can watch a video and emulate how real guilds get kills. I am tired of guilds not putting any effort in until they watch how to do it. Its stupid and lame. Its like using a strategy guide for the first time you play a game, it = no skill.

Just because you may not look at it as impressive and not applaud a guild capable of defeating LK heroic mode without the buff doesn't mean the majority of high end guilds wouldn't tip their hats at whatever guild could achieve it first. I guarantee you that some of the top guilds will be working on it, if not just to have something to do until the next content patch is released. These guilds strive to be the best without question and will do whatever it takes to make it known, downing LK heroic mode without the buff is certainly one way to go about doing it. Simply because there's no additional loot rewarded doesn't mean these guys would overlook doing it, because trust me they're much more driven by other things than loot.
