What's up with my DPS?

Hey there, now something is starting to really irritate the crap out of me lately, no matter how hard I try on my rotation and improve my gear my dps goes DOWN. It's really starting to get on my nerves, I don't know whether it's something to do with my latency/network problems or it's my actual character so I've come here to ask for your help, because I really do need it.

Now I've gone with the Haste gemming because I like it, fast attacks are nice but I don't know if that's the correct gem choice, because I hear all this competition between AP > Haste & Haste > AP. Can someone clear this up for me, should I stack pure haste or shall I balance AP & Haste together.

Second of all this is my current rotation. Stormstrike - Flame Shock - Earth Shock - Lava Lash - LB on x5 MS stacks - Fire Nova - SR on every CD up. I was told by another Enhancement Shaman that this is the best rotation for a Haste gemmed Shaman in Enhancement.

This is really irritating me and I've been told by every enhancement shaman that I suck and I should be doing tons more than what I put out. But honestly, I am doing the best I can and do what I'm told with the rotation and no matter what I do I'm low.

My DPS is as follows:

Heroic Dummy: 4,700 DPS
10 Mans: 6,200 DPS
25 Mans: 8,400 DPS
