If you will notice the only humans visible in this photo are NPC humans, as player controlled humans are 5.5-6.5 (dependent on gender of course) in height as mentioned in the manual. My guess is Fordring is passing around the 'roids' to his homeboys. :Originally Posted by Marzim

The Size of some characters is really...strange, Thrall for example in MH is so big that those peons who wander around are big as his boots.

His Gearscore is over 9000, it's why he's big (to reflect his epeen). Even Varian knows it! (and he tries so hard not to)

Fording is larger because heroes need to be more prominent.
Where they would hypothetically actually help in a boss fight, they'd be easier to spot, and thus more visible. Heroes like standing out.

He's an old man, I gave him Viagra... unfortunately being a mage I forgot it was magical. it enhanced more than just his little sword.

because "important" npcs that we fight/with are larger so they dont cause confusion and to be more noticable during the fight
so shit like this dont happen: OOH STEVE WTF U GOT ICEBLOCK AT THE STAR---wai where u got ashbringer???
same reason why noth, heigan, leotheras, kaelthas (twice), lich king, lana'thel, putricide, muradin (larger than your avearge dwarf or midget), teron, solarian and much much more, are larger than they should be (and thats the avearge hight)
