Combustion icon buggy?

Like the title says, anyone else experiensing this? i click it and sometimes it looks like its available but its still on CD, sometimes i can only use it once in a fight...anoying.

I've had this problem in the past. It went away after I got rid of one of my addons. I suggest you stress test by disabling them one at a time and see if the issue continues.
