Methodical is an end game progression oriented raiding guild residing on [US]Arygos-PVE/EST. Founded since the early days of Vanilla WoW, our history is very affluent. For over four years we have survived all the loops and hurdles Blizzard has conjured to destroy other guilds and came out with a raiding force that prides itself on progression.
Given our laid back raiding schedule we ensure that raid time is spent efficiently. We accomplish this with very meticulous recruitment and constructive criticism complemented with standards above and beyond that of your normal guild.
Within the guild one will find a very diverse demographic of individuals ranging in age and ethnicity. However, we all share the same goal, specifically to have a good time and to lead progression. If you enjoy surrounding yourself with other skilled players in an efficient raiding atmosphere, Methodical could be the right guild for you.

Expectations
Attendance Policy: We expect our raiders to keep 90% raid attendance. Trials must maintain 100% attendance. Sunday or Monday may be used for one additional raid night if highly motivated to do so.
Intelligence: Our ideal applicant is someone that is not afraid of math. They are capable of critical thought, and they are able to contribute in a meaningful way when discussing a boss strategy.
Skill: We recruit players that play mistake-free. The ability to top healing or damage meters is certainly a plus, but what we're really looking for are players that don't make mistakes which lead to their own death or the death of another player. You are expected to be a sharp and reactive player, capable of fully multitasking your class abilities with solid and consistent awareness. You need to follow instructions/assignments and perform them to the best of your class's ability.
Desire: Applicants are expected to want to play this game; if you're the type of person who logs in 3 minutes before raid, logs out 5 minutes after the raid, and whines constantly during the raid about how much you hate this game, we will not be interested in you.
Preparation: The ideal applicant knows his class inside and out, can pinpoint which spec would fit the fight we're doing best, and bring the necessary consumables to down the fight.
Personality: We expect a fun, mature and stable attitude throughout raids.
Gear: Applicants must show that you put time, effort, and thought into your gear. You should already be able to come into ToGC and Ulduar with appropriate gear/gems/enchants that have been -fully optimized- to your build.
Dedication: Applicants should have the drive to achieve hard mode progression and play competitively for the guild rather than simply being dragged along to obtain more purple loots. You should also be completely willing to play whatever spec that is needed by the guild at any given time.
