Basically our deal is that we try to be a progression guild with a 'casual' raiding schedule and a friendly, fun atmosphere. We shoot for 2 25man raids a week, Tuesday/Thursday from 8-11PM. We also currently have 2 10 man groups working on LK, each with their own schedule. We're looking for active players who will make most of their raids - say ~90%. But if something comes up and you have to miss one, all you need to do is let someone know and everything is cool. No explicit attendance requirements or anything like that.
