Newly formed Pantheon Awakening guild, aimed for hardcore progression in 25man encounters looking for EXCEPTIONAL players who want more then just a standard

We were formed by mostly our old guild members, but because of lack in leadership we had there we were unable to do any serious progress neither 10 or 25 man, we were constantly splitting into few progression groups etc etc alot of mess

Now we looking for EXCEPTIONAL players only, who are capable of maximizing their class abilities, understanding the hardest mechanics you can possible think off,
