What professions?

I'm almost 80 with my Shaman which will be my fivth 80.
I will focus only or mainly on pve, aka raiding and would like to know which professions i would get the most out of(aka,stats for raiding and such).
I will most likely be either enhancement or resto.

BS+JC are good for both. BS+JC is best for resto JC+eng? is best for Enh (Not completely sure about the Enh part, but think that gives you most maxium dps).
BS+JC is generally best as it gives you the most customisation.

JC/Eng for Ele, I roll LW/JC b/c it takes forever to level LW and I've always had it and enjoy it.
